Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Logistics Country Manager in the Philippines to coordinate all logistics activities and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will link HQ logistics with field operations and supervise a Manila team.

The role requires an advanced degree, excellent English, and at least 10 years in logistics with people management; willingness to travel and work onsite in Makati.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• 10+ years in Logistics/Supply Chain with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and manage logistics in the Philippines.
• Supervise 10–15 staff in Manila, with 3–4 direct reports.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, import/export, transport and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ICRC procedures and government regulations.
• Manage finances for logistics cost centers.
• Coordinate with HQ and field teams; support Mindanao teams as needed.
