The role requires leading a high-performing team, maintaining robust risk management and governance, and partnering with regulators, shareholders, and the Board to guide transformation, expansion, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Senior banking leadership experience (CEO/President/COO/EVP or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in consumer banking, retail banking, lending, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's strategic direction and growth agenda.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term profitability.
• Strengthen the consumer banking and customer franchise.
• Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, shareholders, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
