Job summary

UGREEN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a dedicated KOL operations lead for the Philippine market. You will independently manage outreach, screening, partnership negotiations, and long-term relationships with Philippine KOLs, while aligning with regional teams on campaign planning and review to boost brand visibility and conversions.

You will collaborate with creative, content, e-commerce and sales teams to ensure localized campaigns meet performance goals and cultural fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Filipino language, Southeast Asian studies, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in KOL operations, digital marketing, or Philippine marketing preferred.
• Fluent in English and capable of drafting partnership communications in English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Philippine KOL resources and outreach.
• Plan, execute, and review KOL marketing campaigns tailored to the Philippines.
• Coordinate with regional team and local partners to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and draft post-campaign insights and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with Philippine KOLs and partners.
