Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in the Philippines in social enterprise, impact investing, philanthropy, CSR, or international development.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine social impact landscape and key intermediaries.
• Established relationships with local funders, incubators, and business leaders.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with budgets and milestones.
• Experience managing corporate donor or institutional investor relationships with professionalism.
• Fluency in English and Filipino/Tagalog; strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Eligible to invoice as an independent contractor with a remote home office and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, localize, and deliver the nationwide program end-to-end to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage local corporate partner relationships, governance check-ins, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Design outreach campaigns for cohort recruitment and lead evaluation and selection pipelines.
• Advise social enterprise founders and connect them to mentors, funders, and partners.
• Oversee grant lifecycle from proposal assessments to milestone-based disbursement tracking.
• Direct MEL to collect impact metrics and report to regional boards and executives.
• Collaborate with Australia-based program managers to tailor curriculum for the Philippines.
