You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate field activities, and ensure compliant operations while driving impact for smallholder farmers in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing partnerships with government agencies and donors.
• Experience in rural development and organizational governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for programs of both foundations.
• Develop partnerships, funding strategies and compliance oversight.
• Lead Philippines teams and coordinate with global Knowledge Transfer teams.
• Ensure governance, financial oversight and risk management across the foundations.
