Job summary

Family Health International (FHI 360) Philippines invites a results-driven Project Director to provide leadership, management and strategic direction for the HIV portfolio in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with HQ, USG donors, and local partners to ensure milestones, budgets and risk management are achieved.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, including 5+ years of line management, with fluency in English and Filipino, and experience in large health projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Communication and Social Marketing, Economic Development, Education, Health, Nutrition, Research, Technology and Youth or a Related Field.
• PM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall project vision, design, planning and implementation within time frame and contractual parameters.
• Ensure internal management systems for contracting, recruitment, and delivery; respond to service delivery demands.
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with government entities, implementing partners, local organizations, and other stakeholders to advance project objectives.
• Monitor budget, milestones and donor compliance; ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Lead country project team in planning activities and ensure completion of plans within budget.
• Serve as main liaison with HQ, DOS Philippines staff, donor representatives and other stakeholders.

Education
