Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the Philippines strategy, integrated campaigns, and brand growth. This on-site role in Taguig City requires overseeing multi-channel marketing, managing local teams and agencies, and ensuring compliance with local advertising rules while driving user acquisition.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in senior marketing roles, proven leadership, and deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Filipino national.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams and agencies.
• Background in technology, e‑commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, performance marketing, and consumer acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market position.
• Manage and mentor the local marketing team and external agencies for campaign success.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations, and public affairs to ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure marketing communications comply with local financial advertising regulations.
