Job summary

Grundfos Philippines is seeking a seasoned HR professional to shape the people agenda for our country operation. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to design and drive country-level HR strategies, policies, and operations that foster a unified Grundfos culture.

You will lead compliance, employee relations, and a high-quality HR experience across the Philippines, partnering with the Country Director and cross-functional teams to support business growth and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with responsibility for HR operations, employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor and employment law, statutory requirements, due process, and local HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and coordinate country-level HR policies and processes aligned with global Grundfos guidelines and Philippine labor law.
• Lead employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, due process, and labor disputes with internal/external counsel.
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and readiness for HR audits, overseeing legal cases and costs.
• Oversee transactional HR services: benefits, onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, and reporting; coordinate with TA, Payroll, Rewards, HRBPs.
• Deploy global HR initiatives on wellbeing, employer branding, inclusion, and culture; act as go-to for Group programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of local HR processes and balance local business needs with the global HR delivery model.
