Job summary

Seamaty Asia Pacific is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive growth across Veterinary and Medical divisions in the Philippines. You will protect and expand distributor relationships, identify new partners, and build a foundation for a local team and potential subsidiary within 3–5 years.

You will lead launches to hospitals, clinics and laboratories, develop strategic accounts, and oversee forecasts, pipelines, and market reports while coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, veterinary, laboratory or healthcare markets.
• Proven ability to manage distributors and develop key accounts.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently in an early-stage country operation and build structure with limited local support.
• Willing to travel throughout the Philippines; regional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and grow existing distributors for all Seamaty Veterinary and Medical products.
• Identify and appoint new distributors or sub-distributors where market coverage requires expansion.
• Develop hospitals, laboratories, clinics, veterinary groups and strategic accounts with channel partners.
• Lead product launches, demonstrations, promotions, tenders and major commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, forecasts, account plans and distributor review process.
• Coordinate inventory planning, order execution, collections and distributor payment performance.
• Support product registration, regulatory and market-access activities with distributors and regional teams.
• Provide monthly sales, market, competitor and opportunity reports to regional management.
• Establish practical country processes and recommend future commercial, application or service hires as the business grows.
• Support management's evaluation and establishment of a Philippine subsidiary within three to five years.
