Job summary

Seamaty Asia Pacific is seeking a driven Sales and Business Development leader to drive the Philippines market for Veterinary and Medical divisions. You will protect and grow existing distributor business while launching the Medical portfolio and building key accounts with channel partners.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, supporting regulatory and market-access activities, and shaping the local operating foundation as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years sales or business development in diagnostics or healthcare.
• Experience managing distributors and key accounts.
• Willing to travel across the Philippines and regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow partner for Seamaty Veterinary and Medical products.
• Identify and appoint new distributors or sub-distributors where market coverage requires expansion.
• Develop hospitals, laboratories, clinics, veterinary groups and strategic accounts with channel partners.
• Lead product launches, demonstrations, promotions, tenders and major commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, forecasts, account plans and distributor review process.
• Coordinate inventory planning, order execution, collections and distributor payment performance.
• Support product registration, regulatory and market-access activities with distributors and regional teams.
• Provide monthly sales, market, competitor and opportunity reports to regional management.
• Establish practical country processes and recommend future commercial, application or service hires as the business grows.
• Support management's evaluation and establishment of a Philippine subsidiary within three to five years.

Role Purpose

Lead Seamaty's commercial development in the Philippines across the Veterinary and Medical divisions. The role will protect and expand the existing distributor business, launch the Medical portfolio, build key accounts and establish the operating foundation for a local team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support and grow existing partner for Seamaty Veterinary and Medical products.
• Identify and appoint new distributors or sub-distributors where market coverage requires expansion.

Performance Expectations

• Protect the existing Veterinary revenue base and achieve sustainable year-on-year growth.
• Build new revenue streams and deliver sales performance in Medical prod.
• Maintain commercially acceptable gross margin, collections, distributor inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Create measurable progress in new accounts, channel coverage, product registrations and local operating capability.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Veterinary Science or a related discipline.
• At least three to five years of sales, business-development or channel-management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, veterinary, laboratory or healthcare markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distributors, develop key accounts and convert opportunities into collected revenue.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently in an early-stage country operation and build structure with limited local support.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the Philippines; regional travel may occasionally be required.
• Professional English communication; relevant Philippine language capability and an established healthcare network are advantages.
