Job summary

RecruitifyHR is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for the Philippines and ASEAN, based on-site in Manila with travel across the region. You will lead generation, engage consultants and end-users, and own projects from lead through installation, reporting to the ASEAN lead with potential for regional leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years in B2B project sales or development in fire protection, industrial equipment, or related sectors, with strong relationship-building

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of B2B project sales or business development experience in fire protection, industrial equipment, MEP, or related sectors.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, and end-users in ASEAN markets.
• Technical understanding of fire protection systems and related engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development: build a robust pipeline across Philippines and ASEAN in target sectors.
• Consultant Engagement & Spec-In Strategy: present, demonstrate, and secure specs with consultants and end-users.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: coordinate with engineering, operations, and logistics to deliver from lead to install.
