Job summary

Cadence RX in Makati City is seeking Pharmacy Support Representatives to join our diverse teams and enable innovative processes for the workers’ compensation market. You will help resolve business-related cases by coordinating with pharmacies, updating billing information, and processing pending medications.

The role requires a 2+ year customer service background, 4-year degree, and familiarity with US healthcare procedures.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in US Healthcare and Workers’ Compensation is an advantage.
• Prior knowledge of US pharmacy procedures and medical terminology is beneficial.
• HIPAA knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work in designated queues to complete business-related tasks.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to process pending medications and update billing information.
• Identify cases needing immediate action or escalation.
• Document and update records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Meet required performance metrics while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
