Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and validate case information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain audit-ready case documentation.

• Prepare and distribute clinical and administrative documents.
• Facilitate communication between prescribers and Clinical Pharmacists.
• Monitor pending cases and follow up on requests.
