Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years in sales support, admin, or customer service (B2B preferred).
• Strong interest in software/IT; willing to learn outsourcing models.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
