Job summary

SuiteWorks is seeking an Account Manager in Cebu City to serve as the primary liaison for pharmacy clients, aligning their needs with our software solutions. You will manage relationships, coordinate deliveries, and drive growth through strategic planning and effective communication.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in account management within software outsourcing, strong CRM skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Night or graveyard shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or client relations in software outsourcing.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy ops, regulatory requirements, and software systems.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; strong negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy client relationships and grow partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans to retain clients and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver engaging presentations and document client interactions in CRM.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
