Job summary

Fusion Pharma Distribution Inc. in Davao City is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support inbound and outbound pharmaceutical operations. You will ensure accurate invoicing, documentation for FDA inspections, and orderly stock in the Pharmacy unit.

The role involves handling procurement requests, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting customers through Grab App and the in-house POS system. Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Pharmacy, Allied Health, or related field.
• With Pharmacy Services NC III or Pharmacy Assistant Training Certificate or relevant certification.
• Prior pharmacy/hospital/medical experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic medicines, inventory, storage, and product identification.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and handling of pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to undergo company training; fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check inbound delivery invoices for medicines and supplies.
• File and maintain documents for FDA inspection.
• Facilitate outbound customer bookings/orders via Grab App and in-house POS.
• Perform final checks on outbound bookings weekly.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiration dates, temperatures, returns, and stocking conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking in the Pharmacy unit.
• Process purchase requests for pharmacy replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive & Check : In-bound Delivery Invoices (Medicines & Other supplies)


• File and maintain valid documents for FDA Inspection.


• Facilitate out-bound customer bookings/orders through the Grab App & In-house POS System.


• Final checking of Out-bound bookings/orders from the Grab App. (Weekly)


• Monitor and Record : Inventory Level, Expiration Date, Temperature, Returns, Stocking Conditions


• Maintain cleanliness, order, and appropriate stocking conditions of the Pharmacy unit.


• Facilitate purchase request for pharmacy replenishment
