Job summary

ECE Marketing is seeking a Sales Representative to cover Cebu North, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu and Bohol. You will promote ECE products, achieve sales targets, and maintain active territory plans with a 90% call rate per cycle.

You will build strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, generate demand through ethical promotions, and coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability in hospital pharmacies and drug stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year or less experience as Salesman/Medical Representative.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to do field work and travel within Cebu and Bohol.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Direct selling and promotion of ECE products and achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain territory program, achieve 90% call rate per cycle, and use the Sales Force Effectiveness software.
• Be highly knowledgeable about ECE products and convey data effectively.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare providers through planned visits and activities.
• Generate increasing demand for ECE products via ethical field promotions to medical practitioners.
• Survey drug retailers to gather feedback, monitor prescriptions and product off-take.
• Determine responsive practitioners for promotional efforts and outcomes.
• Coordinate with distributors’ salesmen to ensure product availability in hospital pharmacies and drug stores.
