Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
