Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Manila is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive growth in our healthcare distribution network. You will build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and buyers, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional service while meeting targets.

You will record activities in CRM, collaborate with marketing, and attend trade shows as needed. Travel within the Manila metropolitan area and nearby provinces is required, supported by a comprehensive rewards package

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Camanava/Bulacan/Nueva Ecija.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues or concerns
• Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our products
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
