Fieldwork is required as needed. The candidate should have a strong background in government procurement, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience as Government Bidding Associate, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to do fieldwork.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and submit government pharmaceutical bids on time.
• Research government procurement opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary bid documents.
• Maintain records of bid submissions and follow-ups with agencies.
• Conduct fieldwork, including site visits and data collection.
• Assist in post-bid processes such as clarifications and contract documentation.
