Job summary

GetMeds Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated Government Bidding Associate with 2–3 years of government procurement experience, preferably in pharma. You will prepare and submit bids, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with internal teams, and perform fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities include researching procurement opportunities, maintaining bid records, and assisting with post-bid negotiations and contract documentation. This role offers growth and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• 2–3 years as Government Bidding Associate, preferably pharma.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit government pharmaceutical bids on time.
• Research government procurement opportunities in pharma.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather bid docs.
• Maintain records of bid submissions and follow-ups.
• Conduct fieldwork including site visits and data collection.
• Assist in post-bid processes and contract documentation.
