Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in the Philippines is seeking a field-based Territory Sales professional to advance patient access and care. You will build evidence-based relationships with healthcare professionals, use local insights to drive territory plans and achieve sales objectives.

You will collaborate with medical, marketing and access teams, monitor performance, and ensure compliant, high-quality customer engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, or an equivalent customer-facing healthcare role.
• Clear communication skills in English and Filipino for effective, patient-focused discussions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM systems for planning, reporting and insight generation.
• Commitment to follow local laws, industry codes and company policies in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and local stakeholders through regular in-person and digital engagement.
• Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidance to make patient-focused, evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insight to prioritise visits and opportunities.
• Deliver sales and service objectives while tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure patients benefit from appropriate care and a consistent customer experience.
• Keep accurate records, follow local laws and company standards, and manage samples, expenses and inventory responsibly.
