Asia Select, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner/Marketing Analyst to drive demand generation and brand growth across the company’s product portfolio.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align market demand with business capabilities and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and S&OP activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 3 years in demand planning, forecasting, digital marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, industrial selling, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, EHS standards, and S&OP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement consumer and digital marketing programs to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Lead monthly demand planning and forecasting with supporting assumptions for S&OP.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and forecast drivers to improve planning accuracy.
• Develop demand forecasts for new products and market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align forecasts with operations.
• Support S&OP processes with accurate reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
• Establish forecasting tools, reporting systems, and communication processes to improve visibility.
