Job summary

SGS – the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, is seeking a Junior Customer Service with Pharma and Sales experience in the Philippines. This full-time role offers a hybrid work setup, with onsite requirements for 2 to 6 months depending on affiliate country.

You will perform data entry and customer service tasks in our LIMS or other databases, maintain customer records, and ensure accurate information while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year data entry and customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2/C1).
• Detail-oriented with high integrity.
• Ability to learn new computer programs.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Good customer awareness and service.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and customer service tasks in LIMS or databases.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure excellent service.
• Record customer activity in internal databases for traceability.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with timely follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to improve service quality.
