Job summary

SGS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry and customer service professional to support laboratory information systems (LIMS) and customer relations. You will input data, verify accuracy, and act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring high service levels and full traceability of activities.

The role emphasizes data quality, teamwork, and the ability to learn new software while adhering to SGS policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of data entry and customer service experience.
• Commitment to data quality and operational excellence.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2-C1).
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate data in the lab's LIMS or databases and support data accuracy.
• Be first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service.
• Record customer activity in internal databases for traceability.
• Understand customer requirements and manage relationships throughout the journey.
• Address concerns and ensure timely resolution, escalating when needed.
• Comply with SGS quality, health, safety and HR policies.
