Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in solution design, data analytics, process analysis and operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end warehousing and contract logistics solutions, including automation for new and existing customers.
• Conduct operational assessments, data analysis, and process mapping to optimize logistics solutions.
• Prepare warehouse layouts, resource planning models, and storage strategies.
• Develop cost models and business cases for customer proposals.
• Support business development during customer presentations and site visits.
• Evaluate automation and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop KPIs for productivity, quality, service levels, cost, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive standardization of processes and best practices across sites.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
