• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and inventory.
• Strong exposure to Retail, FMCG, and e-commerce industries.
• Experience managing large-scale logistics and high-volume distribution operations.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall supply chain, logistics, inventory, and distribution center operations.
• Drive inbound, outbound, fulfillment, dispatch, and transportation execution.
• Develop inventory control, logistics, and distribution strategies to improve performance.
• Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment planning, and shrinkage control.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations for timely delivery and efficient movement.
• Lead cycle counts, reconciliations, and annual inventory audits.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with warehouse, planning, procurement, commercial, and customer service teams.
• Drive KPI management across logistics, fulfillment, inventory, and service levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization and standardization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and policies.
• Mentor and develop operations and inventory teams.
• Prepare executive-level reports and performance presentations.
