Job summary

Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians in the Philippines is looking for a PH Registered Nurse. This role involves coordinating client department processes, performing telephonic online authorizations, and managing patient eligibility. Candidates should hold an active PRC Nursing License and have at least 1 year of hospital bedside care experience. Responsibilities

• This PH Registered Nurse role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic online authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

What We Look For

• Must have an active PRC Nursing License
• At least 1 year hospital bedside care experience
• Preferably with BPO / CSR experience under Healthcare Account
• Candidates applying for an NCLEX Academy Scholarship must be a valid Philippines passport holder
• Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig City and/or IT Park, Cebu
• Other remote work locations: Pampanga, Davao and Baguio
