Job summary

Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians is hiring for a PH Registered Nurse role with an onsite incentive. The position coordinates department processes, handles telephonic authorizations, and liaises with providers to ensure service eligibility while supporting inbound/outbound patient calls.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS Nursing degree with an active PRN license and may have related medical allied training. On-site work at Manila or Cebu offices is required.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing graduate with active PRN license.
• Medical allied courses accepted.
• BPO/CPO experience preferred but not required.
• On-site work in Manila or Cebu.

Responsibilities

• This PH Registered Nurse role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic online authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry of routine authorizations/denials.
• This role is also open to Healthcare Associates and is expected to perform similar duties, including inbound/outbound calls to patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing with active PRN License
• Graduate of any Medical allied courses (with or without license)
• BPO/CPO experience is preferred but not required
• Amenable to work onsite for our Manila or Cebu office
