Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional customer service to patients and clients
• Coordinate and facilitate medical screenings, appointments, and follow-ups
• Educate patients on procedures, health requirements, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with data privacy standards
• Collaborate with physicians, lab staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure timely care
• Address patient concerns and guide them through healthcare processes
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure compliance in all procedures
• PH Registered Nurse
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1 year RN experience after license registration (hospital/clinic/school nurse/company nurse experience with COE)
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
