Ideal candidates have CPA license, 7+ years of experience, and a track record in multinational/shared services IT or PEZA locator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy and active CPA license.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong Philippine Controllership, PFRS or IFRS, audit, tax, SEC, and BIR background.
• Direct experience supporting a PEZA-registered enterprise.
• Experience in a multinational, shared-services, BPO, IT services, or PEZA locator environment.

• Oversee financial close, reporting, and balance sheet governance.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations and local tax laws.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with PEZA and other government agencies.
