Finance Controller Lead

Location: Cebu (Onsite)

Onsite | Dayshift (10am-7pm with fixed weekends off)

The Finance Controller Lead will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial reporting and control processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining sound financial management practices and supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and timely submission of monthly PEZA reports in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Manage and monitor company assets, ensuring accurate documentation, valuation, and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to aid management decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting efficiency and adherence to company policies.
