Yongshin Precision Co. in Laguna, Calamba is seeking an organized EXIM and administrative staff to handle PEZA/BOC processing, document preparation, and record-keeping.

The role requires coordinating with the Zone Manager and Laguna Customs, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with QEHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Assign in all PEZA/BOC processing.
• Prepares needed PEZA documents (8110, 8106, 8105, 8112).
• Prepares PEZA monthly performance report.
• Responsible for monitoring of Liquidation Ledger of LOA.
• Responsible for encoding and monitoring all EXIM data.
• Maintains and updates records in all Farm-in and Farm-out Delivery.
• Maintains files, including filing of important PEZA documents.
• Coordinate with Zone Manager and Laguna Custom OIC for all PEZA/BOC related transactions.
• Responsible for all official business transactions outside the company such as but not limited to Bank transactions and Government transactions.
• Responsible for safekeeping of all important documents.
• Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.
• Adhere to QEHS Policies of the company.
