Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in the Philippines is seeking a Peza Officer to manage logistics and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of experience in a logistics-related role, and be proficient in PEZA and BOC documentation. This on-site position offers a salary of Php 18,000 to Php 20,000 and benefits including HMO and leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics-related role.
• Experience in processing PEZA and BOC documentation.
• Willing to work fully on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery documents and maintain effective communication with carriers.
• Process Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and PEZA/BOC forms.
• Arrange and manage transportation schedules for goods.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Secure necessary permits and clearances from PEZA and BOC.
