Job summary

ICM Trading Corporation is seeking a results-driven Field Sales professional to develop and execute a strategic CALABARZON territory plan, onboard new retail accounts, and drive product visibility. You will maintain relationships with buyers and store managers, monitor competitors, and provide market feedback to the sales team.

The role requires 2-3 years in field sales within FMCG, pharma, or pet industries, with CALABARZON experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG/pharma/pet industries.
• Experience in CALABARZON is a significant advantage.
• Open new accounts, negotiate effectively, close deals, and grow business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relations.
• Independent with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to hit sales targets in CALABARZON.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail accounts to expand market reach.
• Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations to clients.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock levels on shelves.
• Serve as main contact for assigned accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and monitor competitor activity.
• Gather market insights and report to sales management.
• Provide brand training to store staff and ensure in-store merchandising.
• Manage sales admin using CRM, and prepare timely reports.
