Responsibilities

• Visit Pet shops, Pet Clinic and Modern Trade Accounts to promote and answer queries of customers
• Provide professional advice on pet nutrition, feeding programs, product selection, and usage
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product feedback with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions
• Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
