Job summary

Olive Co., Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Associate to drive MSME client acquisition, handle field visits, and present pet product packages to shop owners.

You will build long-term B2B relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and contribute to market expansion in the local pet retail sector. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, travel readiness for on-site meetings, and a passion for pets.

Qualifications

• Education: at least 71 college units or a business-related degree.
• Senior High School graduates are encouraged if they have sales experience.
• Experience in sales (B2B/MSME, field sales, automotive, or real estate experience is a major advantage).
• Willing to conduct extensive field work and travel for MSME client meetings and store visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; passion for pets and the pet care industry.

Responsibilities

• MSME Client Acquisition & Field Work: target, prospect, and visit MSMEs within the pet retail sector through regular field work and on-site visits.
• Customer Consultation & Relationship Management: understand needs of MSME owners, present tailored pet product packages, build long-term B2B relationships.
• Product Demonstration & Pitching: conduct presentations and showcases of top pet brands to highlight quality, margins, and value.
• Market Analysis & Lead Generation: monitor local market trends to identify growth areas and expand the B2B sales pipeline.
• Sales Target Achievement: meet or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue targets across assigned MSME accounts.
• Administrative Reporting: maintain records of interactions, field visits, and sales pipelines; submit progress reports.
