Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks a results‑driven Sales Executive to promote the company’s pet food, accessories, grooming products, treats, toys, and other supplies across Iloilo, Leyte, Cebu, and neighboring areas.

You will develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively identifying new accounts, conduct regular visits, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in pet supplies, consumer goods, FMCG, or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver's license and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's range of pet food, accessories, grooming products, treats, toys, and other pet supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to present products, discuss promotions, and address customer needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and recommend appropriate product replenishment.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Recommend promotional activities and merchandising opportunities to increase product visibility.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
• Participate in trade shows, product launches, and marketing events as required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies.
