Job summary

PETOUR PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a Product Consultant to promote products, assist customers, and support sales in offline channels. You will visit pet shops and clinics, educate customers, and resolve inquiries while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role involves product promotion, nutrition guidance, and building relationships with distributors, pet stores, veterinary clinics, breeders, and other key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Visit Pet shops, Pet Clinic and Modern Trade Accounts to promote and answer queries of customers
• Recommend suitable products based on pets' breed, health condition, and nutritional requirements.
• Conducts product availability check and product display.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Provide professional advice on pet nutrition, feeding programs, product selection, and usage.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, pet specialty stores, veterinary clinics, breeders, and key accounts.
• Prepare customer service and activity reports.
• Monitor recurring customer concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain product knowledge databases and customer education materials.
• Participate in trade shows, pet events, and customer education programs when required.

Position Summary

The Product Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving as the company's product promoter. The role supports customers, distributors, veterinary clinics, pet stores, and internal sales teams by promoting product information, resolving inquiries and complaints, conducting product education, and contributing to sales growth through professional consultation and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Product Consultation

• Visit Pet shops, Pet Clinic and Modern Trade Accounts to promote and answer queries of customers
