Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to monitor and manage government compliance for SPX facilities in the Manila area.

You will handle LGU relations, ensure timely submissions for insurance enrollment, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet regulatory requirements. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college degree required.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with LGU offices such as BPLO and BIR.
• Navigate changing permit requirements across LGUs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process end to end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize and avoid risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Monitor internal stakeholders (hub personnel) for submissions needed for insurance enrollment.
• Monitor external partners' compliance requirements - ensure that SPX's partners are also compliant with their own requirements.
• Diligently update and track statuses for hubs' compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Communicate with Internal Stakeholder management and partner lessors.
• LGU relationship building and management.
