Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee government regulatory requirements for SPX facilities in the Philippines, ensuring uninterrupted operations year-round.

The role involves monitoring end-to-end compliance, managing LGU relations (BPLO, BIR) and other stakeholders, and coordinating with internal and external partners. Travel may be required to various LGUs and hubs as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable on processing business permits and other regulatory compliance for Warehouse facilities.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills to build rapport with LGU offices (BPLO and BIR).
• Knowledge of permit requirements and navigating LGU changes.
• Willingness to travel and multitask.
• Connections with different LGUs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end government compliances for SPX facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Manage stakeholders (LGUs, BFP, etc.) to minimize risks for facilities assigned by the PIC.
• Monitor internal stakeholders for insurance enrollment submissions.
• Monitor external partners
• Communicate with internal stakeholder management and partner lessors.
• LGU relationship building and management.
• Diligently update and track statuses for hubs compliance for all facilities assigned by the PIC.
