Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Permitting Services Assistant to acquire regulatory clearances for depots, terminals, stations and other facilities.

You will act as liaison with government agencies, prepare payment requests, collect documents, verify regulatory compliance, and monitor permit status and renewals. Fresh graduates are welcome; related experience is a plus, and the role may require fieldwork as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Legal Management/ LLB/ Political Science.
• Open to fresh graduates; those with related experience have an advantage.
• Willing to do fieldwork as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire regulatory clearances, permits, and licenses for operations.
• Act as representative/liaison during permits process from application to issuance.
• Prepare and submit forms and checklists for permit acquisition.
• Collect documents and verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationship with BIR regarding permits for stations and depots.
• Monitor status of permit acquisition and renewals.
