Job summary

Envision Energy Philippines Corporation is seeking a senior regulatory professional to lead the permitting process for renewable energy investments in the Philippines. You will secure licenses, local approvals, and regulatory clearances for project development, construction and operation.

As the principal liaison to national and local authorities, you will build relationships, align cross-functional teams, and drive compliant execution while monitoring policy shifts and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, or relevant field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 8 years experience in permitting, licensing, or regulatory affairs for energy projects; substantial Philippine market experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Filipino laws, policies, permitting institutions, and energy sector stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and government relations skills in English and Filipino.
• Track record of independently leading permit processes for large-scale solar, wind, or other renewable projects.
• Strong project management—able to coordinate cross-functional teams, meet tight deadlines, manage uncertainty.
• Integrity, accountability, and a passion for impact in renewable energy transition.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, or relevant field (Master's preferred)

• Minimum 8 years experience in permitting, licensing, or regulatory affairs for energy projects; substantial experience in the Philippine market is absolutely required

• In-depth knowledge of relevant Filipino laws, policies, permitting institutions, and energy sector stakeholders

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and government relations skills in both English and Filipino

• Track record of independently leading permit processes for large-scale solar, wind, or other renewable projects
