Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Permits Coordinator to manage end-to-end processing of regulatory permits, licenses, and utility connections for operations and station sites.
The role acts as the hub between LGUs, utility providers, and internal teams to prevent delays, ensure compliance, and safeguard confidential records while supporting field visits as needed.
The Permits Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end processing, renewal, and facilitation of all regulatory permits, licenses, utility connections, and government compliance documents required for company operations and station sites. This role acts as a primary liaison between internal departments, local government units (LGUs), utility providers, and statutory bodies to prevent operational delays, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard confidential records.
Coordinates directly with Local Government Units (LGUs) and regulatory agencies.
Conducts on-site inspections and resolves permitting obstacles.
Processes payments and liquidations for permit fees while securing confidential legal documents.
Collaborates with internal engineering, legal, and operational teams to keep projects on schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in LGU permit processing, BIR transactions, and utility coordination.
Strong organization skills, regulatory knowledge, and readiness for field visits.
