Job summary

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Liaison Officer in the Philippines to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and government agencies.

The role includes securing licenses and permits, maintaining confidentiality, and submitting regulatory documents while coordinating with LGUs, DENR and other agencies. Willingness to travel for site visits is expected and a bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communication, public relations or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a liaison or similar role with government agencies or industry partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements and ability to convey them to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Process and secure licenses, permits and other documents from government agencies.
  • Protect confidentiality and privacy of company processes and records.
  • Submit DOLE Reportorial Document to the Regional Office when applicable.
  • Act as primary liaison with government agencies to obtain permits and clearances; develop timelines.
  • Prepare and organize documents for permit submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain relationships with LGUs, barangay, DENR, Meralco and other agencies; attend meetings as needed.
  • Monitor permit progress and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain organized permit records and create status reports for managers.
