The Performance Operations team at Rimes are accountable for the monitoring, investigation and remediation of data quality issues in the foundational data. This involves a thorough understanding of the data pipeline, and communication with external Data Partners.
Members of the team are responsible for diagnosing issues quickly and subsequently liaising with Data Partners or else fixing/suggesting fixes internally. During this process there is also a responsibility to ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress, and that requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
As a Permissions Officer you will manage third‑party data provider authorization requests on behalf of clients, ensuring requests are understood, recorded, progressed and completed accurately through the relevant ticketing and internal systems. You will support clients, data partners and internal teams by providing clear updates, maintaining accurate records, and escalating questions or issues where appropriate.
