Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in data operations, data analysis, or financial/market data environments.
• Detail-driven with strong record keeping and documentation skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and handle time-sensitive authorization requests.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders including data providers and clients.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce a plus; SQL/Databricks knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party data provider authorization requests for clients, recording and tracking actions.
• Review requests, respond to provider questions, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and send usage reports to third-party data providers on agreed schedules.
• Manage and create client IDs using Rimes' tools, including account unlocks and password resets.
• Maintain relationships with data partners, clients, and internal teams to keep records up to date.
• Improve partner contact records, redistribution policies, and internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements across Permissions.
