Job summary

Doneverse (formerly Outsourced Doers) is seeking a proactive HR leader to drive performance, employee lifecycle initiatives, and labor relations in a fast-growing digital marketing virtual assistant company.

You will implement policies, guide office employees, and partner with legal teams to manage grievances, turnover, onboarding, and offboarding, all while fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Well-versed in Philippine Labor Code with experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring: Develop strategies to uphold Code of Conduct and labor policies.
• Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes.
• HR Support: Main point of contact for employees in the office, addressing inquiries related to policies or resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Knowledge & Experience: Well-versed in Philippine Labor Code with experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company.

• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment.

• Education: BA/BS in HR Management or related field (Bachelor of Laws is a plus).

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.

• Location Flexibility: This role is in a work-from-home setting.
