Under the general supervision of the Division Chief, the Project Development Officer III leads the section in the development of learning materials for the conduct of the Family Development Sessions (FDS) and capacity‑building activities and support to regional counterparts. The position monitors and provides technical assistance on the implementation of FDS in the assigned region to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with national program standards and policy directions. The position also ensures the timely delivery of tasks and quality outputs of the section.
