PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Development Communications, Information Technology, and other equivalent/related fields
- Training: 8 hours of training related to partnership, networking, presentation, facilitation and communication MS-environment literate use of productivity tools or use of specific applications.
- Experience: Two (2) years relevant experience as technical staff with program/project management, partnership and/or convergence, data management., technical writing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the Division Chief, the position provides technical support focused on partnership development and management policy and planning on specific areas of work report development program management of specific projects data management monitoring, evaluation, analysis with recommendations on issues/concerns raised ensuring that the partnership management staff work is completed and does related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assists in monitoring, documentation, coordination and management of new and existing engagements with CSOs, Regional and National Government Agencies, inter-agency convergence
- Ensures that the technical support needs of partnership activities are met, particularly completed technical staff work
- Evaluates and analyzes partnership data and contribute to identifying trends and strategies for action
- Prepares and submits communication and reports
- Reports through official communication the status and specially partnership-critical updates, developments and activities
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external units, offices and stakeholders on issues for coordination and action
- Manages and updates database of agreements and follow through actions, directory of stakeholders/ partners
- Prepares communications addressed to field offices, other units within the department and external parties
- Represents the division in meetings, workshops, conferences and other activities when applicable and
- Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- Monitoring reports for the assigned regions/ focus areas
- Minutes of meeting and Summary of Agreements
- Reviews, analyses and provides recommendations with feedback on issues and concerns raised by internal and external partners
- Updated and complete directory of partners/ stakeholders
- Updated database of programs and services
- Summary of completed follow through actions
- Other output assigned by the National Program Director/Manager or Division Chief.

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE)
Final Shortlisting: Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
